Travis Sixth at Toyota All-Star Showdown

This past weekend, Travis Pastrana made his NASCAR debut, running in the K&N Series' Toyota All-Star Showdown at Irwindale Speedway, outside Los Angeles. After qualifying in 20th position and spending much of the race in the middle of the pack, a calculating Pastrana began to make his way through the field and, after a daring three-wide pass with two laps to go, finished sixth.

The 225 lap race was dicey for every driver, with 12 cautions, three of which Pastrana narrowly escaped.

?This sport is so much fun, it's super competitive, but I have so much to learn,? said Pastrana after the race.
