Breakfast, Crashed, Missed a Party

Two guys stopped in for breakfast this morning and threw a pack of cliff bars and such at us :) Thanks guys! They had evidently lined up a party for us in a college town the trail past through.

Unfortunately, Greg ate crap earlier in the day and after a stop at the bike store we would have been well into the night before getting to our next hotel via the trail. It didn't take much convincing with Bartram, who is doing great but about ready to die of exhaustion, so we took the highway instead of the trail. We have done this a few times (including one brief stint in that POS we perchased for $400) and it has turned into an adventure to say the least. Our goals change daily but it's been a blast and we will get to Mexico!

Thanks for all the support along the road and sorry we skipped the party.. Had we known we for sure would have taken the long route!
